Bike fitting and measurements
For my rental bike in Calpe
At reservation of your rental bike in Calpe we always ask your key personal bike measurements; once obtained we use these measurements to fit the bike to your profile.
As a result you will have the same feeling when riding on the rental bike as i fit were you own bike at home (or better ;-). So please prepare to provide us your measurements A, B and C, as well as your body length in centimeters.
Pedals, helmet and tools
for my rental bike in Calpe
We kindly request all our clients to bring their own pedals and helmet. Did you forget those? No worries, we have some spare helmets (5€ per day with a maximum of 20€) to save your cycling journey as well as pedals (click pedals such as Look Keo, Shimano SPD SL and Shimano SPD MTB, but also regular pedals – 5€ per day with a maximum of 20€).
Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
Each bicycle is equipped with a pump (or CO2 inflator) and 2 bottle cages, a spare material bag with inner tube and tire lifters.

Questions
No, we do not ask for a deposit. You don’t have to take out a bicycle insurance either. When you pick up your bike, you check the bike for any damage together with the person in charge of the bike workshop. If damage occurs, it will be noted on the rental contract. When you return your bike, it will be checked again. New damage must be paid for according to the prices listed in the rental contract (to be signed on site).
No, the renter should take care of the rental bike like a good family man, but Baguet Bicycle Center will clean the rental bike at the end of the bike week.
If you wish, you can bring your own saddle. You hand it over, together with your pedals, to the mechanic who will do the necessary to mount the saddle on the bike.
The prices for the various possible damages are included in the contract you sign when you receive the bike. Together with the mechanic, the bike is thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Any damage is noted on the contract.
When you return the bike, you check it again together with the mechanic. If there is any additional damage, it will be noted and must be compensated at the rates set out in the signed contract.
