Are you a triathlete or looking to explore the world of triathlon? At BAGUET, we now offer a unique triathlon package, specially designed for both beginners and experienced triathletes. This program combines our renowned cycling training with additional swimming and running sessions, allowing you to work on all aspects of triathlon.
Under the guidance of Tim Brydenbach, three-time Belgian triathlon champion, you will have access to a versatile and well-balanced training program. Whether you want to improve your swimming speed, refine your running technique, or expand your triathlon knowledge through engaging workshops, everything is possible.

Rides schedule
This is an example week; schedules may vary.
- Arrival at the hotel with a welcome drink.
- Afternoon: Individual fine-tuning of the bikes and a short recovery run of 45 minutes.
- Evening: Briefing on the weekly and daily schedule.
- Morning: Guided cycling training in groups A, B, and C.
- Afternoon: Swim training in the pool (60–90 minutes) focusing on technique and endurance.
- Morning: Guided cycling training in groups A, B, and C.
- Afternoon: Endurance run of 45–90 minutes focusing on extensive endurance and intervals.
- Morning: Guided cycling training in groups A, B, and C.
- Afternoon: Open water swim training (weather permitting) focusing on open water techniques, interval transitions, and sprints.
- Morning: Recovery run of 45 minutes.
- Afternoon: Mobilization and core stability workshop, followed by a presentation on sports nutrition by 3Action.
- Morning: Guided cycling training in groups A, B, and C.
- Afternoon: Swimtraining in the indoor pool (60–90 minutes) focusing on technique and tempo intervals.
- Morning: Guided cycling training in groups A, B, and C.
- Afternoon: Interval running training of 45–60 minutes.
- Transfer to the airport.
